What is the CLIMB Program? It is an alternative to the traditional method of pursuing a college degree. It is designed for adults who want to continue to work, while completing their college degree. Upon completion of this accredited, degree-completion program, students will earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Management. The program is restricted to mature working adults who have accumulated 60 credit hours of collegiate studies and/or an AA degree and have at least 3-5 years of significant work experience. Students have the opportunity to study with other adults who share similar interest and concerns. Together they form an academic support group, drawing from their own personal, professional and technical backgrounds as they follow an intense program of classes and individual study. By designing the course work to leverage this tremendous wealth of knowledge, students are able to complete the program in an accelerated period of time without compromising the educational integrity of the degree. Specifically, all course requirements of the CLIMB Program can be met in just 60 weeks!!
