Tracie Neal Collier

Tracie Neal Collier graduated from Edward Waters College in the Class of 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Upon graduation from Edward Waters College, Tracie earned her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership at the University of North Florida.

She was named "Teacher of the Year" in 1995 at Timucuan Elementary School and served as the Director of Black Achievers YMCA program for the Johnson YMCA until 2001. Currently, she is the Director of Education and Communications for City of Jacksonville's Supervisor of Elections Office. Tracie began her career with the Supervisor of Elections Office as an Education Specialist in 2001. She also served as Director of Community Outreach for the Elections Office before accepting her current position.

Tracie also presented a workshop entitled How to Get Press with Your Press Release at the National Alumni Conference in 2009 and helps produce the Alumni newsletter, Tiger Claw.

Tracie is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Nu Iota Chapter; and an active member of the Bold City Chapter of the Links, Inc.

She has one daughter, Brittnie, a senior at Orange Park High School. Tracie and her daughter are members of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.
