How can I obtain an official transcript?
You must contact the Office of the Registrar at (904) 470-8100. You must submit your request in writing with a money order made payable to Edward Waters College. Transcripts are $5, and unofficial transcripts are $3. Please allow 5-7 business days; 7-10 business days during peak time (registration, graduation, etc.) for a copy to arrive at your mailing address.

How can I obtain a replacement copy of my degree?
You must contact the Office of the Registrar at (904) 470-8100. You must submit your request in writing with a money order made payable to Edward Waters College. The cost of a replacement degree is $30 per copy. Please allow 30 to 60 business days for a copy to arrive at your mailing address.

If I owe the College money or have defaulted on my college loans can I still purchase a copy of my transcript or replacement degree?
You will neither be able to get a copy of your transcript nor your degree if you have a balance in Student Accounts or defaulted on student loans.
